Requirements Engineer
Job Description
Collaborate with project management and customer base to design and document software requirements. Understand and document system workflows, reports, GUI, dashboards and all elements of a software package. Adhere to industry and customer regulations and client requirements. Work closely in a team environment, including interacting with end users, management, developers and testers.
Required Skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience in software tracking tool such as Jira
Document and maintain system documentation, including technical configuration, user stories, and user facing manuals, and modeling
Coordinate and lead meetings with customers, product owners, end users and other stakeholders
Experience in an agile environment, including Scrum. Contribute to Retrospectives, Sprint Planning and other activities
